Southwestern Throws Moving Across The Country Should I Take My Horse?

Moving across the country should I take my horse? - southwestern throws

My friend and I have to sell our 200-acre farm in southwestern Pennsylvania and moved to the vicinity of Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have my stepmother and my 2 mares OTTB (I've Had, for 8 months). He is very social and therefore the mares, so now you're out of sight of each other than with a tantrum. So I should change my clothes when I? There will be autonomous CO only if it could be a while. I could leave here and I give my mother and they moved three back to his farm. I hate to leave, I have so much work to drop it and it came.

If you decide to pushing him with how often we put a stop? What was your diet while in the trailer?

is a very good article by distance towing.

I'm totally with you. When I arrived, you are a goat or even a babysitting service pony - an old horse and a pony or a small problem or a paralysis problem. They are good companions and are generally free or nearly free, because they can not be mounted.

I would definently!

What is the cutoff, I learned that all 4 hours decently. You can find the place all night, so you getout and stretch a little on the remaining days can be. Feed him a normal diet when you're nervous, try to give some quietex.

Good luck, moving is no reason to sell the horse!

I think that would be the best for your horse.

You really have two options
1: Leave it to us in good hands with his stepmother, and with the mares who like to be surrounded by so much,
or
2: take it with you, and also one or two mares. Preferably both.

Do what you want is exactly what I have proposed. If you see that's great. The goat is not really a good option to have.

Get yours HES. where U WONT move or take a look around on a horse / Travel. The horses are very adaptable. exceed one or two days.
As the U should stop riding only when needed. How to eat or water to a horse. if u want to eat do not eat fast-food becuz they have to urinate an hour or w / e. if we feed to food Hinnom progress on food before you leave or if uu come. and enter the water if U to stop for a drink or go to pee.

Id take it with you for a few days to be unstable, but it's okay maybe you ask your vet for a pill to calm during the trip can be. Id eat only hay and water, if left approximately every 3 to 4 hours should ok Hope this helps

I'll take it. Perhaps what you can do is the first sentence in your new deal and his mother, then remove it. That's what I need to be in a position that would be a situation covered.

Not sure that the trailers ... Sorry ...

I would if I were you .. and you must stop at least every six hours and it works. You need to eat the same amount of food when he eats normally.

wins! Instead of a goat, can also make a mini-horse, sheep or a cow for him!

There is no reason not to take it. However, horses are herd animals and has shown he wants to be with other horses to keep for himself not a good choice. However, if you could find a good balance to move it up, which could help to hold.

Will you have time to heal and train in Colorado? If you plan to work with him to follow, I would say bring.

We recommend, however, consider whether you go shopping is not on the same. It's a long way, and most supporters (no matter how good they are) have no travel plans of commercial airlines. You have people who in the travel and an eye on things. They stop and care of the horses routinely. I had several horses that I am on my farm with the help of Bob Hubbard Transport and become calm, happy and fit.

I would definitely take it. The horse is, and just because you move does not mean you have to give it up. He will be disappointed to leave his pasture mates, but he will find new friends when Horsey is s.

should be left as often as possible. probably every hour or two would be better if they had problems in the trailer. In relation to the food, I'm not entirely sure, but I think that if a network of hay at the time it would be good to employ.

Are you on their property in their new home, or forward? when the Council will be with the horses all the time, it would be nice. If you keep on your property, you have another pet, a cat or a goat can not live with him? You do not need a friend to press. if you are able to afford a second horse, are installed, it would be ideal.
